SUP Paddle Fit
3 Week Series • June 28 – July 14, 2018
The series is designed to build balance and stability on the board while building strength through dynamic body weight movements. Classes will begin with a warmup paddle and be comprised of a combination of strength circuits on the board and paddle sprints. Every movement is adaptable for ALL FITNESS LEVELS. Everyone is welcomed to join.
Unless you are renting, don't forget to bring a leash, your paddle and a PFD… oh and sunscreen!
Pre-Registration is encouraged to guarantee your board.
$40 each class includes board rental, $24 if you BYOB.

Instructor: Em Keen
Em Keen is a certified yoga instructor and has been teaching for 5 years. In addition to teaching yoga, Em is qualified in SUP and strength training and is passionate about connecting with people through yoga, fitness, and play.
Her classes will challenge you to explore outside the boundaries of your comfort zone as you float, flow and maybe fall in.
When she’s not teaching classes, you can find Em hiking all over the U.S. (next stop, ZION!), traveling the world and biking through the Metroparks to burn off all the donuts she loves to eat.
